What a vCard QR code is
It's a QR code that, instead of holding a link or plain text, holds contact details in vCard format — the same standard format (.vcf) used to export contacts between phones. When scanned with a phone's camera, most devices recognize the format and offer to save the contact straight to the address book, with nothing to type.
How to use it
Fill in the first name (required) and whatever other details you want to include — phone, email, company, job title and website are all optional. Only the fields you fill in are included in the QR code.
Common uses
Widely used on physical business cards, event badges, printed email signatures and marketing materials — people scan it and immediately have your contact saved, with no typos.
